If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it.
We'll replace the item, or issue company credit.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If You Have Your Original Receipt:
- Please enclose a copy of the invoice and complete the return receipt with reason for return, ship the invoice, and the return receipt the item(s), and all packaging and all accessories.
1-15 Days after Purchase:
- If you paid via Credit Card then you'll receive credit to the same credit card.
- If you paid via checks or wire transfers then you'll receive a check refund.
Over 15 Days after Purchase:
- If you paid via check, credit card , wire transfers, or gift card then you'll receive company credit
If You Do Not Have Your Origin al Receipt:
- Please call toll free at 866-539-6271 or 773 221-9990 for instructions on how to return items. After we have verified the sale, we will issue a Company Credit.
How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
- Fill out the return receipt enclosed with the shipment. Please include the reason for the return.
- Make sure your name and address are correct on the invoice. Include your phone number or e-mail address in case we need to contact you.
- Enclose the invoice (or a copy) with your return, and send it to:

- Returns received after 45 days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Crowley's Yacht Yard Lakeside, LLC will not pay for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error in your order.
- All special orders and dropships will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
- Return shipping charges will not be credited.
